2K Polyurethane Foam Gasket

The primary challenge for any sealing system is reliable protection against moisture, water, dust and dirt.
The reaction of a 2K foam gasket begins when components A and B are mixed. This creates a controlled chemical reaction at room temperature, causing the applied material to expand into a uniform gasket.
The gasket is foamed directly onto the component, with drying and curing taking place at room temperature.
For contract foaming, we rely exclusively on automated processes, generally using 6-axis robots. This applies to every relevant stage of the sealing process, from component handling and optional pretreatment through to placement before curing. This ensures highly repeatable and reproducible gasket application without fluctuations in quality.
